Vandenberg Space Force Base

Launch Site Protection

Guardian RF systems are deployed with U.S. Air Force Security Forces under an active Phase II SBIR supporting airspace awareness at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The deployment provides persistent, passive RF detection to monitor low-altitude drone activity around sensitive launch and airfield operations. The system supports drone-pilot attribution and historical analysis while operating continuously without active emissions.

Beale Air Force Base

Directional Coverage at Range

At Beale Air Force Base, Guardian RF paired a Scout node with a sector antenna to establish roughly 50 miles of directional detection coverage. The configuration extends persistent airspace awareness far beyond a standard omnidirectional footprint, giving base security a long-range view of low-altitude activity along the sector of interest.

DIU Low-Cost Sensing Challenge

Guardian RF was selected as a winner in the DIU Low-Cost Sensing Challenge at Falcon Peak 25.2, run with U.S. NORTHCOM and Joint Interagency Task Force 401. The platform was evaluated against a range of low-altitude drone threats and validated for its ability to provide persistent detection at a fraction of the cost of traditional systems. Guardian RF was the only downselected solution based exclusively on passive RF sensing.
